Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Important: before returning any goods please contact us by email (email@example.com) or via the 'Contact Us' form and we will reply to you with further instructions.
We do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction with our products and service. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or just change your mind (it happens, we’re human!) there's no need to worry, as we operate a 30-day 'any reason' returns policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it from us. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your order number and full name or a copy of your proof of purchase must be included with the return. This will help us find your order on our system and speed up the returns process. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred returning the item(s) to Attipas UK. We must receive the original product back in order to be able to issue a full refund or send a replacement.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, first of all: sorry! We will happily meet our obligations and correct the issue provided the item is returned within a reasonable time. We can offer you a full refund or exchange, which will include covering return postage charges by providing you with a prepaid return label. We cannot offer a refund for return postage if you choose to send the product back by other means.
Refunds can only be refunded back to the original purchaser. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the item. If your return is approved, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind or simply need a replacement we are more than happy to help. Please inform us what item/size you want to receive instead before sending the original product back to us. Provided the required item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 48 hours of the original order being returned to us and delivery to you will be free of charge.
